No they do not. Only mammals and birds hibernate by changing their body temperature, breathing, heart and metabolic rate. Sea horses are unable to do so and hence, do not hibernate.
“Only mammals and birds hibernate…” no offence intended but rodents aren’t mammals or birds… they hibernate. Even most reptiles can go into “brumation” which is a form of hibernation. I know this as a avid reptile researcher and keeper.
